Hydraulic systems of front loader used in the mines. The authors described the hydraulic systems used in the mining loader. The steering and braking systems are presented accurately. The advantages of such solutions, especially in the loader operating in very difficult mining conditions, have been pointed out.
Micromechatronics. Microgrippers for micro-assembly of MEMS. The paper deals with mechatronic approach to the design of micro grippers used in micro-assembly of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS). The basic micro-assembly systems are described. The examples of several solutions for micro grippers with micro-actuators are presented.
Visualization of typical hydraulic systems’ work. This paper shows the concept of visualization of a typical hydraulic system’s work in the aspect of a system built for the diagnosis and monitoring of stationary and mobile hydraulic systems. Conception of process visualization is a complex graphic project which contains all regulations, controls and measurement elements which are important for monitoring and diagnosis.
Mathematical modeling of pneumatic relay valve. The paper deals with some dynamic equations of relay valve used in pneumatic brake systems for vehicles. The mathematical model of the valve was used to simulate dynamics of pneumatic two-circuit drive with one-acting cylinder in Matlab-Simulink.
Dependence of vane pumps operating parameters on the air content in liquid. Influence of air content in oil on operating parameters of vane pumps is presented. Simplified and real irregular flow researches in the vane pump are described. The irregular flow depends on geometrical features of the flow in the investigated pump.
